Cookie Policy
What is stored in the browser
Harbour moors three cookies and does not offer a live-dealer cookie, because live dealer games are not a product here. hbr_sid is the session and it slips away with the browser, after thirty idle minutes, or at twelve hours. hbr_age holds the 18 answer for 365 days. Clear it and the gate is asked at the gangway again. hbr_consent holds the banner for 180 days. The analytics and marketing marks inside it do not load a product. No stream, no cashier, and no map is embedded, so none of them sets a cookie on the berth.
One email is one berth. Self-exclusion keeps that email from registering again. The password is a hash of at least ten characters with letters and numbers. Five failed sign-ins in fifteen minutes lock the email for fifteen minutes. Cookie hbr_sid ends the session after thirty idle minutes or twelve hours, and when the browser session ends. Reset is a one-hour link in the mail log if the account exists. The screen does not reveal which. Name, phone, and address can change in the profile. Date of birth and email cannot.
The banner, in this website's words
Accept All records the optional marks as yes and still loads no tag. Reject Optional records them as no and keeps the session, the age answer, and that choice. Cookie Settings separates the marks. The banner will not cut the essential cookies loose. English (Canada) and Canadian dollars are fixed without a settings cookie. Questions go to privacy@luckylienr.slonik.store.
How that sits next to the account
The gate asks if you are 18 or older. A yes is hbr_age for 365 days. Registration then takes a hashed password of at least ten characters with letters and numbers, a birth date that fails if younger, one email, a phone, and a Canadian address. An excluded email does not get a second berth. Date of birth and email stay as first written. Name, phone, and address can be changed. A JPG, PNG, or PDF under 8 MB is stored and marked Pending. The mark starts at Unverified. Harbour never paints Verified. Five wrong passwords in fifteen minutes lock the email for fifteen minutes. hbr_sid ends after thirty idle minutes or twelve hours. Reset is a one-hour link in the mail log when the account is real, and one sentence on screen either way.
No funds move, so no threshold is published and no detection list is pretended. CSRF sits on forms that change data. The session cookie is HTTP-only. That is not a promise against every failure. A complaint to support@luckylienr.slonik.store or the form is stored when it has a category and at least ten characters. No reply clock is promised. No court is named. A later page replaces this text without a fabricated date and without loosening a saved limit. The lake-house photograph and the beach photograph are stock. They are not a casino Harbour operates. Studio artwork belongs to the studios. Reading a page does not create a balance.
